Meredith Crawford is a leadership coach who believes in the power of female leadership to transform the face of business.

Meredith’s mission is to empower women with “street smart” leadership skills, so they can rise up as leaders in their organizations and lives feel the freedom of running their businesses rather than being run by them. Along the way, she teaches them how to think like a CEO— how to advocate for themselves, play politics, use their power– and yes, how to take care of the details of “getting stuff done.”

Prior to combining her love for business with helping others, Meredith was the CEO of MindShare Design, and oversaw Savicom and Vidi Emi email platforms. In 2017, she negotiated the acquisition of the startup, WorkStraight. While she was there, Meredith added 18% to the multi-million dollar company’s revenue stream, created and implemented a fresh strategic vision and saw operational efficiency improve by 55%.

She also founded a small media company, Solerno Media, that empowers small businesses to tell and share their stories.

Meredith has written for outlets such as Business2Consumer, CustomerThink, FM Mag, and Startup Nation.  She has spoken in front of audiences at Facilities Management Expo, Marketing Sherpa Summit, and at a Toastmaster District Conference. Meredith has been a featured guest on the Hustle4Life Motivation podcast.

Meredith and her businesses have appeared in Broadway World, CivSource, Daily Times Leader, Digital Journal, EIN News, Facilities Management Magazine, Field Technologies Online, Financial Buzz, Financial Content, Forbes, Forward Geek, Investor BioSpace, Maintenance Technology, MarketWired, MinyanVille, Oakland Online News, Renewable Energy Online, and Sector Publishing Intelligence.

Meredith earned her MBA through W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and her B.A. in European Studies at Mount Holyoke College.
